"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted here, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
This week's pre-publication "can't-wait-to-read" selection is:
The Lost Saints of Tennessee
By Amy Franklin-Willis
Publication Date: January 31
From Amazon:
With enormous heart and dazzling agility, Amy Franklin-Willis expertly mines the fault lines in one Southern working-class family. Driven by the soulful voices of 42-year-old Ezekiel Cooper and his mother, Lillian, The Lost Saints of Tennessee journeys from the 1940s to 1980s as it follows Zeke’s evolution from anointed son, to honorable sibling, to unhinged middle-aged man.
What's your "waiting on" pick this week?

I've never heard of it before and I don't really think it's for me, but hope whenever you get a chance to read it, that you enjoy it.
I'll admit, this probably isn't something I'd read or normally even look at. The summary is rather sparse, but it does spark a bit of interest. So depending on my mood when this comes out, this'll be going on the maybe pile for my TBRs.
