I'm not usually at a loss for what to read next, but I found myself last night staring at 10 books, with absolutely no clue where to start. They all hold equal appeal. So....I'm asking for your help!
What should I read next? Or, even better, what three should I take with me on vacation this weekend???
What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty
Best Staged Plans by Claire Cook
Ten Thousand Saints by Eleanor Henderson
The Borrower by Rebecca Makkai
South of Superior by Ellen Airgood
The Astral by Kate Christensen
A Young Wife by Pam Lewis
Groundswell by Katie Lee
One Summer by David Baldacci
Daughters of the Revolution by Carolyn Cooke

Oooo! I'd pick TEN THOUSAND SAINTS first! And then I'd read THE BORROWER and SOUTH OF SUPERIOR. BTW, tho, I haven't read any of these books! Enjoy your picks!
Hi Jill, if it were me, I'd pick The Borrower, because I've heard really great things about that book. :) The others, I'm not entirely sure on. ^^; I'm sure you'll get more suggestions soon though. Good luck! :)

I am working on South of Superior right now and it is fantastic! I also have Ten Thousand Saints sitting here and The Borrower and the new Claire Cook book.
I haven't read any of them, but if I had to choose I would be stuck between Ten Thousand Saints and A Young Wife.
My votes are for:
What Alice Forgot
The Borrower (my top pick)
South of Superior
Hmm... well that probably didn't help much because you still have a list! Can't wait to read your reviews! xo!
I would go with One Summer by David Baldacci. I haven't read this yet, it is still on my TBR list. Good Luck.

I'd try 10,000 Saints or South of Superior....both are on my wish list. good luck
I haven't heard of any either, but I would take the thickest, the thinnest and then a in-betweener...but then I get weird sometimes. :)
I have not read any of these books but I am dying to read What Alice Forgot by Liane Moriarty, Ten Thousand Saints by Eleanor Henderson, and A Young Wife by Pam Lewis.
I read What Alice Forgot sometime in early June and I really enjoyed it.
I see your dilemna! I took a quick look at the Amazon synopsis of each and they all look interesting! I just added 'The Borrower' to my 'to-read' list earlier this week and 'What Alice Forgot' has been there for awhile, so I'd definitely take those along! Next I'd add 'A Young Wife' and 'Groundswell'. That is probably plenty for one week. Have fun on your vacation and let us know what you chose!
