This reminds me of that family drama that was on TV a few years ago. The rich, crazy family were named the Darlings too. I was so sorry when it got canceled. Sounds like this is my kind of book!
When I saw the title of this book, my mind went immediately to Peter Pan. Then I read the synopsis. I hadn't heard of this before, but it sounds like a good read! :)

This sounds very current. The fact that the protagonist must decide between himself and wife could be very interesting in the way the author creates the characters. Good pick.
Okay, your pick does sound interesting. I'll admit that I'm almost intrigued enough to add it to my TBR. But I know, realistically, this just isn't a book I'd read. Haha, but I'm intrigued to see what you think when you finally read it. (:

I've seen this book popping up. It looks good. I don't like this cover though. I'm new to WoW. =)
This one looks really good. When I read the title I thought right away of the family in 101 Dalmations....I think their last name was Darling. However, when I read the description it sounds nothing at all like that!
The title sure reminds me of The Darlings in the TV show Dirty Sexy Money. Intriguing choice. :)

It's hard to tell from the plot summary because so much will depend on how the characters are developed. It definitely sounds like a good plot line for delving into how people behave when faced with a moral quandary.
I like the sound of The Darlings - outside of my normal reading, but it sounds great!!
I thought this might be an updated version of Peter Pan! From the name of the characters, but no...guess not. It does sound good and seems timely certainly.
I like the sound of this one. I wonder if has some Mafia stuff in it. That's a tough choice, betray the wife to save himself. Ouch.
